The first step is simply to get in touch and tell us a little about your project.

You can contact us by phone, email or through our enquiry form. At this stage, it helps to include some basic information about what you’re looking for and where the project is located.

Rough Estimate

Before arranging a site visit, we can often provide an initial rough estimate to help you understand whether the project is likely to sit within your expected budget.

The more information you can provide, the better. Useful details include approximate measurements, photos of the space, an idea of what you would like us to make, and any inspiration images or examples you like.

This initial estimate is intended as a guide rather than a final quotation.

Site Visit & Design

If the initial estimate works for you, we’ll arrange a site visit.

We’ll take accurate measurements, look at the space in detail and discuss how you would like the finished piece to look and function.

This is also where we can talk through materials, finishes, storage requirements, layouts and any specific details you would like included.

Final Design & Quote

Once we have everything we need, we’ll finalise the design and prepare a detailed quotation for the project.

We’ll make sure the scope of work, design and costs are clearly set out so you know exactly what is included before moving forward.

Deposit & Production

Once the design and quotation have been agreed, the required deposit is taken and your project is booked into our schedule.

Your bespoke furniture is then prepared for manufacture, with each element made specifically for your home and requirements.

Installation

When everything is ready, we’ll arrange a suitable installation date.

Your furniture will be professionally fitted in your home, with care taken throughout the installation process to achieve a clean and high-quality finish.
